exAI hesabını ve verilerini silme

exAI hesabını ve ona bağlı tüm verileri dilediğin zaman silebilirsin. Silme işlemi kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz.

Uygulamadan silme (önerilen)

exAI uygulamasını aç ve hesabına giriş yap.
Ayarlar'a git.
Hesabı sil'e dokun.
Onay kutusuna SİL yaz (İngilizce arayüzde DELETE).
Kalıcı olarak sil'e dokun. Silme tamamlandığında oturumun kapanır ve e-posta adresine bir onay iletisi gönderilir.

Önemli: Hesabını silmek, App Store veya Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez. Tekrar ücretlendirilmemek için aboneliğini mağaza ayarlarından iptal et (nasıl yapılır?).

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan: e-postayla talep

Uygulamayı silmiş olsan veya giriş yapamasan da hesabının silinmesini isteyebilirsin. Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden, konu satırına “Hesap silme talebi” yazarak aşağıdaki adrese e-posta gönder:

Güvenliğin için, talebin hesabın sahibi tarafından yapıldığını doğrulamamız gerekir; farklı bir adresten yazarsan ek doğrulama isteyebiliriz. Talebini doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve seni bilgilendiririz.

Hesap ve profil bilgilerin (e-posta, ad, giriş bilgileri, tercihler)
Tüm sohbetlerin ve exAI'nin “hafıza” kayıtları
Analiz için yüklediğin mesajlar, ekran görüntüleri ve tüm analiz sonuçları
Ruh hali kayıtları, rutinler, notlar, tarot geçmişi
Oluşturduğun paylaşım linkleri (linkler çalışmaz hâle gelir)
Kullanım sayaçları, reklam ödülü kayıtları, geri bildirimlerin ve bildirim jetonların

Bu veriler, silme işlemiyle birlikte canlı sistemlerimizden hemen silinir; yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde kaldırılır.

Delete your exAI account and data

You can delete your exAI account and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the exAI app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Type DELETE in the confirmation box (SİL in the Turkish interface).
Tap Delete forever. When deletion is complete you are signed out and a confirmation email is sent to your address.

Important: Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid being charged again, cancel it in your store settings (how?).

Can't access the app? Request by email

Even if you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, you can ask us to delete your account. Email the address below from the email linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”:

support@tryexai.com

For your security we need to confirm the request comes from the account owner; if you write from a different address we may ask for extra verification. Once verified, we complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest and let you know.

What is deleted

Your account and profile (email, name, sign-in details, preferences)
All your chats and exAI's “memory” entries
Messages and screenshots you uploaded for analysis, and all analysis results
Mood logs, routines, notes, tarot history
Share links you created (they stop working)
Usage counters, ad-reward records, your feedback and push tokens

This data is removed from our live systems immediately upon deletion and from backups within 30 days at the latest.

Deleting data without deleting your account

If you want to keep your account but delete specific data, use the relevant settings in the app or email support@tryexai.com telling us which data you want deleted.
